Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay at Hotel Bharat Bhawan. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the hotel’s policies.
✅ 1. Booking & Reservations
- Guests can book rooms via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel management.
- A minimum advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
🕒 2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
🪪 3. Identification
- All guests must present a valid Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
🛑 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund (after deducting applicable charges).
- No refund will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
🚫 5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and cleanliness in the premises.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged accordingly.
- Use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances within the premises is strictly prohibited.
🔇 6. Noise & Disturbance
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Loud music, group gatherings, or parties are not allowed unless prior permission is taken.
🧹 7. Housekeeping & Room Service
- Daily housekeeping is provided upon request.
- Linen is changed every two days or as per guest request.
💸 8. Payments
Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer
